Refund and Returns Policy

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Custom Clubs & Shafts – Due to the nature of custom work, we do not accept returns for custom golf club and shaft related order. We will honor a return and exchange on orders that are delivered and deemed to be different from what was originally ordered.

Pre-Built Clubs & Non-related club orders – Customers are responsible for the shipping cost on all returned items. Returned items must be in like-new condition, and a 15% restocking fee will apply. Please allow up to two weeks for delivery of defective warranty replacement items. Refunds will not be issued on defective items.

CANCELLATION & MODIFY POLICY

We are a Built-to-Order business. Please read the following below as you will be accepting these terms after final payment is received.

  1. A 15% cancellation fee will be applied to order cancellations made after the following business day of placing the order.
  2. A 25% re-stocking fee will be issued for cancellation requests that occur 3-5 business days after placing the order.
  3. There will be no cancellation requests accepted after 5 business days.
  4. All orders delivered in full are final, unless deemed different from the original order.
  5. Order modifications on custom equipment must be made within (2) business days (M-F) of placing the order, no exceptions.
