We are a small business with limited hours during the week and even fewer employees. We have posted approximate ship times for special orders on our website, please make sure you familiarize yourself with them. We will not be held responsible if you do not read them. Please do not call or email asking for status updates until AFTER the specified time is up. At any point in time we have close to 100 open special orders going. We physically do not have the time to give you daily status updates.
